- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) scams, or Ponzi schemes
- Phishing attempts or social engineering attacks
- False advertising or deceptive marketing practices
- Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property
2.4 Spam and Abuse
- Sending unsolicited mass emails or proposals (spam)
- Using the service for bulk emailing without recipient consent
- Email harvesting or scraping
- Automated proposal generation for spam purposes
- Chain letters, junk mail, or other forms of unsolicited communication
2.5 System Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
- Bypassing security measures or access controls
- Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
- Port scanning, network probing, or vulnerability scanning
- Attempting to disrupt or interfere with service operations
- Using automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) without authorization
- Excessive API usage or resource consumption
2.6 Account Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Reselling or sublicensing your account without permission
- Using a single account for multiple businesses or entities

QuickProposal cannot be used for proposals related to:
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Illegal gambling or unlicensed gambling operations
- Weapons, explosives, or firearms (where prohibited)
- Adult entertainment or escort services
- Tobacco products (in certain jurisdictions)
- Counterfeit goods or pirated content
- Cryptocurrency mining or unauthorized financial services
- Any business that requires special licensing without proper authorization
3. Responsible Use Requirements
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Using strong, unique passwords
- Monitoring your account for unauthorized access
- Notifying us immediately of any security breach
- All activities conducted through your account
3.2 Professional Conduct
- Conduct yourself professionally when using the service

- Honor commitments made in proposals sent through the service
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

- You are solely responsible for the content of your proposals

- Review AI-generated content before sending to clients
- Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
3.4 Resource Usage
- Use the service in accordance with your subscription plan limits
- Do not excessively consume system resources
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions
- Contact us if you need higher resource allocation
4. Enforcement
4.1 Monitoring and Investigation
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor use of the service for compliance with this AUP
- Investigate suspected violations
- Access and review account content when necessary for enforcement
- Cooperate with law enforcement or legal authorities
- Disclose information as required by law or to protect our rights
4.2 Consequences of Violations
If you violate this AUP, we may take the following actions at our sole discretion:

Important: Account termination for AUP violations is without refund, as stated in
our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

- Content you create, send, or store using the service
- Your use or misuse of the service
9. No Warranty
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Content generated by AI will be accurate or appropriate
- Proposals sent through the service will result in business success
- Your use of the service will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for ensuring your use of QuickProposal complies with all applicable laws and
regulations in your industry and location.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by:

- Notifying you via email for significant changes
