1. No Refunds Policy

Important Notice

All subscriptions to QuickProposal are non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

EchoDial LLC DBA QuickProposal operates on a subscription-based model with recurring billing. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted upon subscription, we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Annual subscription fees
  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused portions of your subscription
  • Cancellations made mid-billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Changes in business needs
  • Technical difficulties or user error

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from your initial subscription date. Each payment grants you access to QuickProposal for the next billing period.

  • Billing: Charged automatically on your billing date
  • Access Period: 30 days from payment date
  • No Refunds: All monthly fees are final and non-refundable

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year, providing 12 months of access at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

  • Billing: Charged once at the beginning of the annual period
  • Access Period: 365 days from payment date
  • No Refunds: Annual fees are completely non-refundable
  • No Prorating: Canceling mid-year does not result in partial refunds

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

3.1 How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your QuickProposal account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

3.2 What Happens After Cancellation

Continued Access Until Period End

When you cancel, you will retain full access to QuickProposal until the end of your current billing period. This is not a refund, but rather access to the service you have already paid for.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your 30-day period
  • Annual Subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your 365-day period
  • No Future Charges: Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again
  • No Refund: You will not receive a refund for any unused time

3.3 After Your Billing Period Ends

Once your current billing period expires:

  • You will no longer be able to create new proposals
  • Existing proposals may become view-only or inaccessible
  • You will lose access to team member features
  • Your account data may be retained for a limited period (see our Privacy Policy)
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again

4. Payment Issues and Failed Charges

4.1 Failed Payment Attempts

If your payment method fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  • We will attempt to process the payment again
  • You will be notified of the failed payment via email
  • You will have a grace period to update your payment method
  • If payment is not received within the grace period, your account may be suspended
  • No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended due to failed payments

4.2 Duplicate Charges

In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to a system error:

  • Contact us immediately at admin@quick-proposal.com
  • Provide proof of the duplicate charge (transaction IDs, bank statements)
  • We will investigate and issue a refund for legitimate duplicate charges only
  • This is the only scenario where refunds may be issued

5. Free Trial Period (If Applicable)

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You may cancel during the trial to avoid being charged
  • Once the trial ends and you are charged, the no-refund policy applies
  • You will receive a reminder before your trial ends
  • Canceling during the trial results in immediate loss of access

6. Service Availability and Downtime

We strive to provide continuous access to QuickProposal, but:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access
  • Technical issues or outages may occur
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for service interruptions
  • This includes temporary downtime, slow performance, or limited functionality

7. Account Termination by QuickProposal

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate our Terms of Service
  • Violate our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the service or harm other users
  • Fail to pay required fees

If your account is terminated for violations, no refund will be issued, regardless of how much time remains in your billing period.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.

If you dispute a charge:

  • Contact us first at admin@quick-proposal.com
  • We will work with you to resolve any legitimate billing concerns
  • If you file a chargeback without contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will contest illegitimate chargebacks and provide evidence to your bank
  • You may be responsible for chargeback fees and legal costs

9. Changes to Pricing

We may change our subscription pricing at any time:

  • Price changes will not affect your current billing period
  • You will be notified of price changes before they take effect
  • New prices will apply at your next renewal
  • You may cancel before the renewal to avoid the new price
  • No refunds will be issued if you disagree with price changes

10. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, we may consider issuing a refund or credit at our sole discretion:

  • Provable system errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Charges made after subscription was canceled due to our system error
  • Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by QuickProposal management

To request consideration for an exceptional circumstance, contact admin@quick-proposal.com with detailed information and documentation. Approval is not guaranteed and is entirely at our discretion.

11. Understanding Your Commitment

Before subscribing to QuickProposal, please understand:

  • You are committing to pay for the entire billing period
  • This commitment is non-refundable
  • You should evaluate the service carefully before subscribing
  • Take advantage of any free trial period to test the service
  • Review all features and limitations before purchasing
  • Contact support with questions before subscribing

13. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of QuickProposal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By subscribing to QuickProposal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. You understand that all fees are non-refundable and that cancellation provides access until the end of your current billing period without refund.
